Go to Flats, choose your check-in and check-out dates to see which flats are free, then press BOOK NOW. You will see the full price, including the refundable caution fee, before you pay.
When you book you can choose: pay online with Paystack (card, bank app or USSD), pay by bank transfer to our account and send the receipt to our WhatsApp, or reserve now and pay in cash or by POS when you check in. Unpaid bookings are held for a few hours, and we confirm your booking as soon as payment is received.
Each flat has a refundable caution fee of ₦20,000, paid with your booking. It is refunded after check-out once the flat has been checked. It may not be refunded if there is damage to the flat or apartment policies are broken.
Yes. Every bedroom in all our flats is en-suite, with its own private bathroom.
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the check-in time, you receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in and no-shows are not refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest room or indoor public area.
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless specifically approved. Please contact us before your stay.
